We had a great time at Oliveira’s house. The entire family welcomed us and made us feel at home, which is always good when one is embarked in such an adventure!
Valen and Carlos made new friends with Nico, Eric and Lucas, and of course their little dog!
I was fortunate enough to celebrate yet another birthday with good friends, this time in a far away land. It was a weird feeling to receive all the great messages from family and friends from all over the world within an Aussie time zone!
We went out to ChinChin to celebrate the occasion and also tour the beautiful Melbourne with Rafa and Aninha, making plans for when they come to visit us in America.On April 19th, we took of towards Tullamarine airport in a rush and in the middle of the rain to head towards the magical and spiritual heartland of Australia – Ayres Rock
